The American Heart Association hosted the 2026 Greenville Heart Walk April 11. An estimated 2,000 people attended the event.
The event started at District 356 and Fluor Field and focuses equipping the community with hands-only CPR skills to help turn bystanders into lifesavers, according to event organizers. Event organizers said $250,000 has been raised of a $350,000 goal. The Spartanburg Heart Walk is April 17 at Fifth Third Park. Fundraising efforts continue through June.
